Kim-Art Refund Policy (South Africa Only)

At Kim-Art, we want you to love every item you receive. If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, we are happy to assist.

What qualifies for a refund or exchange:

You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.

The item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition.

What is not covered:

Postage, courier, and delivery fees (these are non-refundable).

Items damaged after delivery or opened paint kits.

How to request a refund or exchange:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item received.

Once approved, return the incorrect item to us.

We will refund the item’s purchase price or send the correct item once the return is received.

This policy applies to orders delivered within South Africa only.
